   Help manage daily office services admin tasks, ordering all supplies, stocking office supplies and consumables. I help keep the entire office clean and organized daily. Take care of all mailing services whether sending or receiving. I assist teams with projects for client presentations and meetings. Manage the calendar and flow of meetings throughout the entire office and our 6 conference rooms to assist between the associate, the client and IT department (if needed). Lead communication and relationships with all vendors that we work with as well as greet clients that come to meet with fellow associates. Manage repairs and construction projects with the building\'s engineering team and construction crews when needed. Helped in an entire half floor, 6 month long renovation and construction project in 2019 when bought out the other half of our office floor. Have helped make associate benefiting changes around the office that have been implemented in my years here including different types of food and beverage machines, free snacks, holiday parties and air conditioning construction project to better the flow of air throughout multiple conference rooms.
