We assist potential buyers with issues on the credit report in order to make them loan ready. From establishing credit, disputing items to the bureaus, paying off accounts, whatever we can do improve the report enough to help them get approved for a loan. Managed customer pipelines of well over 250+ clients at any time from 7 different states and up to 14 branches. Assisted over 1300+ new borrowers achieve their goal of homeownership. Trained new hires to the HBC group to get them up to speed with how we operate and how to assist each borrower. Created new training manuals for new Consultants and also MLO teaching them on what we do and how we operate.
