Full circle recruitment: Screens and/or full interviews with candidates. Salary Negotiation 100K+ Massive Recruiting. Interacts with applicants, managers, and professional boards for licensure (as required) in a professional manner. Responsible for ensuring a positive hiring experience for the candidate by responding to email and phone inquiries in a timely manner and providing accurate information about their onboarding and orientation. Document all candidate activity during the candidate process Be creative-identify new ways to source candidates and identify key networks to broaden the applicant pool Adheres to all federal and state laws regarding employment and Human Resources practices. Create and maintain positive relationships with clients, co-workers, and healthcare professionals. Perform a variety of customer service-related activities Work together with team members to ensure success in all areas of the interviewing and hiring process. In charge of 6 plants on the Northeast (Included distribution centers) Maintenance of employee files both electronic and hard copies Utilize multiple job boards and social media sites for recruiting purposes, including Facebook job posts, indeed, Zip Recruiter, resume searches, etc Create recruitment flyers and job postings on various job boards/social media.
