   Lead Kaiser Permanente Mid-Atlantic Region’s multi-media strategy and production to drive brand awareness and revenue growtho Strategize how best to use video to engage audiences through social media and advertising.o Produce, write, direct, and edit commercials, branded content, and social media campaigns.o Create leadership messages and internal communications to keep our workforce informed and inspired.• Created the look and feel for the Mid-Atlantic’s first specialty care media campaign to bring greater awareness to the cancer, pediatrics, maternity, cardiology, neurology, and chronic care offered at Kaiser Permanente. • Worked closely with key KP stakeholders to develop Kaiser Permanente’s first ever Video Brand Guidelines, which serve as a source to bring quality and consistency to KP’s video production.• Implemented process improvements and efficiencies to bolster team output that resulted in increasing videos produced annually from 80 to over 200 without increase in staff.• Developed a compressive video campaign to drive awareness and growth for KP’s Medicare Advantage Plan that consisted of 12 DRTV commercial spots, and 4 testimonials, all of which were modified for social media and pre-roll. This saved the organization more than $1Million from previous agency productions, and resulted in more views, higher CTR, and both more and higher percentage of conversions. • Produced and directed more than 25 videos to spearhead KP’s National Marketing Open Enrollment campaign in 2021 that was lauded as a critical success in onboarding new members. Included in those videos is a campaign of live action and animated pieces that explain what differentiates KP as a health care system. • Created KP’s national social media video campaigns to encourage Covid-19 vaccinations, and flu vaccinations in 2020 and 2021.• Produced and directed more than 30 Telly Award winning videos and campaigns at Kaiser Permanente since 2016.
