ABOUT BRYAN LI

An expert process chemist with 25+ years of experience working at Pfizer with more than 40 GMP campaign deliveries supporting from pre-clinical to Ph IIb developmental stages in project lead roles. • Among the most prolific Pfizer scientists in publications with a record of 29 papers as the corresponding author and 22 papers as a co-author since joining Pfizer in 1998. • Led exploratory development efforts in process chemistry to support the development of LORBRENA® (lorlatinib) in achieving a record speed of accelerated approval in 6 years from nomination to market. Received \"ACS Hero of Chemistry\" award in 2021 as a major contributor to the success. • Started Pfizer’s Flow Chemistry Team, led the team from 2010 to 2018 in implementing continuous flow technology in the early development space, and positively impacted on a number of campaign deliveries. • Pioneered the use of co-precipitation technology within Pfizer to generate amorphous solid dispersion materials to support formulation development of drug candidates of poor bioavailability.
