Professional Bio Bryan Lewis is an executive leader specializing in manufacturing operations management, strategic planning and execution, lean manufacturing and manufacturing engineering best practices, cross functional teamwork, and business operations/manufacturing excellence. In 2025, Bryan began his service at LEL International, a power generator systems integrator, as Vice President of Operations where he focused on implementing operational excellence strategies and stabilizing/managing the manufacturing leadership team through systems and process development and improvement. He now serves as Vice President, Sales and Business Strategy for the organization. He remains part of the Courageous Leadership team, an executive consulting firm specializing in executive leadership consulting, and business/operational excellence strategic planning, and implementation.Bryan formerly served six years as Vice President of Production and a senior management officer at the Reliable Automatic Sprinkler Company. He was responsible for production of all OEM products and over 700 employees in the Production function. Starting in 2008, previous roles also included Lean Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, and Production Director. Bryan is an outgoing person who loves working with people. His servant leadership style and philosophy are a recognized strength by his current and form teams and peers. He values a continuous improvement mindset, always striving for excellence in his work and personal life. His manufacturing experience began twenty-nine years ago in the automotive industry where he worked eleven years with two world class global automotive suppliers, Denso Corporation and Alfmeier Corporation, developing skills in process and equipment design, industrial and manufacturing engineering, new product development and project management, and expertise through daily application of Toyota Production System principles and lean manufacturing. He has managed plant engineering and maintenance as well. Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration with a program of study specialization in International Business from the Darla Moore School of Business, both at the University of South Carolina. He is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt trained through Villanova University and is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers, the Society of Manufacturing Engineers, and the American Management Association. Bryan and his wife celebrate twenty-nine years of marriage this year and have four children.
