Lead Super for Building sf memory care and assisted living facility. Turned over May 2019 to owner. Completed buildings 8 and 9 which are IL.Jan \'15 - Oct \'17 MGM Nat Harbor where I was in charge of all field aspects for the Theater and Conservatory and also played a key role in establishing the QC program on the project as well as developing and integrating the overall site logistics program.Oct \'14 - Jan \'15: Ashby Ponds 2.2 Senior Living. SF senior living apartment building. Pushed through completion a project that was behind the 8 ball when I arrived on site with little time remaining.20••••14: UMBC Performing Arts & Humanities Building $100+ million higher education facility encompassing classroom, office and several performance spaces including a theater and concert hall. On the 1st phase of the project, I was the field lead for the campus\' central utility plant upgrade where we upgraded 6 cooling towers and installed a new chiller all while maintaining a fully functional CUP. This portion of work also included the replacement of the campus\' incoming electrical yard as well. In addition to this responsibility, I also was in charge of the theater and associated practice performance rooms on the actual performing arts building. On the 2nd phase of the project, I was 2nd in command of the field but was primary safety enforcement and quality control enforcement team member. This project completed a VERY successful MOSH CCP Partnership. I completed the final 3 months of the project as the field lead due to health issues for the original lead. Job finished approximately 1 month ahead of schedule.
