In addition, tasked with getting P&L under control and guest satisfaction scores in line with region. Won “Heart & Hustle” award in P8 for one of the best improvements of guest satisfaction scores. Brought food cost variance down from over 4% to under 2.5% through training, inventory controls and sales forecasting. Brought back catering sales that were non-existent when I arrived to currently approx.$4K/week.
