ABOUT BRYAN J. GOSLIN

My career encompasses over 20 years of accounting and finance experience and since 2016 I have been a corporate finance leader with responsibility and oversight of various accounting functions. In my current role as Chief Accounting Officer, I am responsible for all accounting strategy, including financial reporting, corporate accounting, tax and accounting shared service activities. I am a strategic partner to the business and passionate about building strong teams and an open and positive work culture. I joined Penn Entertainment as the Director of Technical Accounting, where I led the accounting function on complex transactions such as the Pinnacle Entertainment acquisition and adoption of the new revenue and lease accounting standards. In 2018, I was promoted to Vice President with oversight of financial reporting, technical accounting, financial systems, corporate accounting and capital assets functions.Prior to Penn Entertainment, I was a Senior Manager within PwC’s consumer industrial practice. My role with PwC included managing and developing diverse multinational teams of audit professionals, while managing client engagements for complex transactions including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and spin-off transactions within Fortune 500 companies:IPOs, Spin-Off Transactions, Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Due Diligence, Acquisition Integration, Accounting Policy, Accounting Operations, Financial Reporting (internal and external), and Internal Control Environment.
