ABOUT BRYAN HURLEY

Parallel to my professional endeavors, I\'m advancing in the Fowler College of Business as a finance student at San Diego State University, slated for completion in 2026. I’ve taken on multiple leadership roles in organizations such as the Finance and Investment Society, Sigma Chi Fraternity and a mental health support organization called the Positivity Club. At the Finance and Investment Society, we focus on bridging the gap between aspiring business students and professionals to offer networking and learning opportunities. We hold weekly resume/LinkedIn workshops, Q and A\'s with finance professionals and many other helpful tools. Along with this, the Positivity Club at SDSU is an organization focused on supporting our student body with mental health resources and random acts of charity. We believe creating a supportive and ambitious environment is the key to ensure the success of our fellow SDSU Aztecs. Beyond my experiences at San Diego State, my time at the City of Los Alamitos has strengthened my ability to undergo thorough data analysis across various projects. We prioritized developing the community and creating a supportive environment for our residents to thrive in. I effectively coordinated diverse teams to ensure organizational goals are met with accountability. Additionally, I continue to identify growth opportunities and learn valuable skills to elevate my career. These academic pursuits enhance my technical skills, which I couple with hands-on experience advancing my commitment to professional and personal development.
