Create and maintain digital content for Nike Consumer Services in North America. As a Knowledge Base author, I help preserve hundreds of support articles that detail company policy and processes. Our frontline and internal customer support channels use this information to manage consumer contacts efficiently and effectively- Communicate any need-to-know or timely information, no matter the time of day. If a consumer-facing issue arises, I am the messenger to ensure all of our North America contact channels receive the information they need to assist consumers. This comes in the form of information that is passed down from cross-functional initiatives, as well as friction we communicate that consumers experience- Help establish new policies and dedicate space within content to ensure company policies and procedures are met with the intent to protect the business\'s marginal profits. Examples include protecting the business against product resellers and scammers (missing packages, price adjustments, return policy abusers, courtesy promo codes, etc.), and highlighting internal process documentation to ensure data insights and consumer journies are clearly illustrated- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and direction. Partner with our Quality Assurance and Training teams to help socialize information through a variety of mediums to ensure consumer satisfaction and brand loyalty; work closely with the Global Get Help communications team to align all company information in a consumer and internal-facing manner; facilitate cross-functional relationships with other Nike teams to make sure our content is up to date, accurate, and brand-centric.
