As an assistant professor, I serve as a mentor to students by empowering them to reach their potential through experiential learning. I teach technical courses covering programming, cyber security, and analytics. As a researcher, I study how individuals use decision-making heuristics to navigate privacy or security situations online.The Management Information Systems department in the College of Business provides an inclusive environment for students to learn current industry skills and knowledge. The department provides courses covering application development, computer networking and infrastructure, cyber security, consulting, analytics, and data science. With a new degree in cyber security and a cyber operations lab, the department of MIS provides a world-class learning environment.
