The director of urban outreach iniatives called Scoutreach. This program is offered to all youth regardless of social or economic situations. It provides the needed developmental skills to combat the social ills that many neighboorhoods have in existance.This program is in partnership with many neighborhood schools, recreation centers and other youth serving organizations. It provides many opportunities that are life long memories and engages youth to develop through achievements and recognitions that help increase self esteem and positive decision making.
