   Managed cross-functional teams, both internal and external, in a strategic initiative to revamp labor standards for Dollar Tree and Family Dollar. Achieved a notable reduction in labor costs by addressing outdated standards and implementing efficient practices. Led the Store Operations initiative to comprehensively redesign the weekly product receiving process for stores. Spearheaded the design and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), optimized receiving room layouts, implemented sort codes tailored to updated store layouts, and identified potential labor savings. Individually constructed and delivered a compelling business case outlining the operational advantages of transitioning stocking methods from individual product placement to PDQs. Resulted in a remarkable boost in stocker productivity. Led a dedicated team of Internal Consultants and Industrial Engineers to conduct supplementary labor studies and execute process improvement projects as required.
