Over 30 years business experience including an ex-patriate assignment has given me the opportunity to collaborate and learn from many inspiring people. It\'s gratifying to help others maximize their impact and be their very best. To learn, grow and \'sharpen my saw\', I completed the 15-month Coach U Core Essentials program and achieved my ICF ACC accreditation.My coaching background- ICF ACC Accreditation- Business coaching/mentoring over the past 25 years- 100+ hours of successful one-to-one coaching for the past three yearsMy business background- Directed technical services and product regulatory compliance global teams in support of Lubrizol’s growing businesses- Led Corporate Technology and Externalization team focusing on discovery projects for new business growth- Over twenty-five years experience in regulatory, business leadership, marketing, research, and management, including a three-year UK ex-patriate assignment- Successfully led product development of >15 new products (in axle oils, transmission fluids, fuel additives, surfactants and viscosity modifiers) resulting in over $20 million revenue/year and 18 US patents.
