I lead the sales engineering, partner activation, and partner operations teams within the Fiserv ISV Channel.I work closely with the sales team to close new software partners and ensure that they are given the path that will optimize efficiency, decrease time-to-market, and maximize revenue.Our project managers work with all new partners, giving them the tools to integrate faster and onboard clients smoothly. Since implementing our team of project managers, we have seen a 42% improvement in time-to-revenue and 25% improvement in success rates.Our operations managers then provide partner support to the ISV and their VIP merchants to maintain a successful partnership.
