I am responsible for leading Large Tractor design, development, validation planning, and release, focusing on quality & reliability, cost reductions, and factory engineering support. I evaluated and categorized 12K claims by type. Within ~180 days, this reduced product defect rates by 35%, 60% by the end of the first year, and 80% by the end of year 3. Warranty claims reduced by 72%.
