With an extensive background in Cash/Treasury Management and Customer Service, it has taught me how important it is to meet my clients needs and expectations. It has also shown me the value of teamwork and how projects can be accomplished with teamwork and perseverance. In my experience I have encountered many experiences from sales, to project management. I have handled complex customer situations and requests, where then outcome has been a great experience for the client, the bank, and I. I have assisted all types of customers in all types of settings. I realize that acquiring and maintaining loyal repeat business as well as spreading the word of your business through these loyal patrons is of the utmost importance in every company. Positioning a company for better exposure and greater marketability is a task that I have performed with success many times. My experience has also skilled me and has given me expertise with Technical Support and Troubleshooting. In today\'s evolving and rapid changing world having Information Technology expertise is crucial due to most of our finances being administered online. In my previous Treasury Mgmt Implementation Training position I provided corporate and small business clients with the tools and the knowledge to manage their financial DTD tasks online. One of my previous roles in Treasury Mgmt was part of the Client On-boarding and Implementation process, where our business clients are setup with an array of Cash Management services and products to meet their financial needs. I seek and strive to keep on learning and teaching as I grow in my career. My work ethics are strong and my passion is to always learn something new everyday and to become a hub for all my clients and peers.
