Think Different\" is an advertising slogan used from 1997 to 2002 by Apple, Inc. This slogan, implemented by Steve Jobs, was not just a slogan but a challenge to Apple, Inc. to be innovative in thought and create a company people would not just buy from; he wanted them to believe in what the company represented. For that reason, I developed a leadership philosophy with \"Think Different\" at its core. I have served as an Engineer Officer for the past 8 years and have had positions that have allowed me to lead Soldiers as well as implement and develop processes to create effective change while remaining resilient to the dynamic nature of the Army. I have made mistakes, but most importantly, I learned from those mistakes to become the organizational leader I am today and gained the ability to think strategically, learn my personal leadership style, and add experience that I plan to use for years to come.
