Having worked in four different industries, I have vast, diverse experience in leadership and human resources. From my time as a unit First Sergeant (HR Manager) in the military, to managing construction personnel, to working as an HR Business Partner in retail, and most recently as an HR Specialist, Senior for the state of Idaho, I have demonstrated an ability to adapt to new environments and change. This experience has made me uniquely qualified to coach and lead employees through the ever changing environments so prevalent in today\'s business world.
