As a Partner & Managing Director at AlixPartners I bring my experience as a senior retail operations executive to help clients in driving operational and EBITDA improvements, sourcing strategies, and supply chain optimization. Throughout my career, I\'ve had the privilege of serving as a Chief Operating Officer within multiple retailers and also partner with a diverse range of clients, including specialty retailers, apparel and footwear brands, and department stores.I’m known for facilitating substantial transformations within supply chain operations, a skill I\'ve honed during my tenure in industry C-suite roles and my consulting work in the retail and wholesale sectors, primarily centered around apparel and footwear.I also am privileged to have the opportunity to give back to the industry through my role as a lecturer at the Wharton School of Business. Teaching two retail classes on behalf of the Baker Center for Retail, I have the honor of both sharing my experiences but also learning a ton from a diverse, highly intelligent, and motivated set of students who just may be the future of our industry.
