ABOUT BRYAN CULLITON

With over 15 years of experience in sales and operations managing $75 million in revenue in 20 communities with NOI results to budget each year, I am a leader who strives to deliver results along with quality care and services to residents and staff. As the Senior Vice President Operations, Property Management at Abby Development, I oversee the operations of multiple senior living communities across the company, assuring compliance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. I also partner with the development team to support the design and construction of new communities, applying my expertise in health care administration and management. Previously, I was the Regional Director Operations at Holiday Retirement, where I managed the financial and operational performance of 20 communities in 6 states during my tenure. I worked as Regional Vice President of Operations at Emeritus managing operations of 14 communities in 6 states. Prior, I was the Executive Director at Emeritus at Salt Lake City a CCRC campus where I led the daily operations and staff development of the 168-unit community with $16 million in review. I am completing my Doctor of Health Administration from University of Phoenix, I have a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution, and a bachelors degree in Health Administrative Services from Weber State University. Some of the skills that I have developed and honed throughout my operations career are in accounting, financial statements, CPM, pricing, and MS Office to include power point, I am astute business management with high proficiency in Business Intelligence (BI) and have extensive knowledge with Yardi Enterprise/Voyager, I am driven by the mission of providing exceptional hospitality to improve the well-being of the customer.
