Manage internal compliance matters and civil litigation representing a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company, while representing over a 100 TBs of source data and supporting over attorneys. • Use predictive coding and other analytics to help refine and streamline document reviews as well as participated in the EDI Study. • Liaise with top law firms in assisting their various litigation needs (e.g, responses to interrogatories, depositions, trial preparation) via our software platform and other eDiscovery tools such as Equivio, Relativity, and Content Analyst. • Help our client save millions of dollars by creating defensible review workflows that reduce reviewer errors and increase consistency of review (e.g, “search hit only” phased review as part of unique multi-phase review workflow). • Supervise and cross-train teams of more than 30 members to support client’s various litigation and compliance needs. • Experience troubleshooting and examining root causes to assess issues and resolve them in a timely fashion.(E.g, perform deep dives - where a user thought there was an error was in fact a system clearance requirement that the user had not completed properly and once the criteria was satisfied the tool responded as expected). • Train Counsel, Client and LPO on Relativity platform (Certified Review Specialist and Admin knowledgeable). • Use legal experience to help counsel find documents important to their case (e.g, through a thorough understanding of filed pleadings assist counsel in targeting specific documents in databases as large as 30 million documents).
