Bryan has retired from daily practice except for special projects. He served as a JMF Shareholder from 19••••17 and was Managing Shareholder from 20••••16. He was a trusted advisor to many of the firm\'s clients. JMF is a member firm of the national accounting association, CPAmerica, where Bryan served on the Board of Directors for five years including 2014 as Board Chair.Prior to joining JMF, Bryan worked in his family\'s business for five years where he gained first-hand knowledge and experience of working in a closely-held business. That and his experience in managing the firm is a resource he draws on to advise and consult with closely-held businesses. He has extensive experience in business sales, acquisitions, succession planning, strategic planning and valuation issues and, through his years of service on the Tuscaloosa Industrial Development Authority, is very knowledgeable about Alabama industrial development incentives.He is the founder of JMF\'s Construction Practice Group and works closely with many of the firm\'s construction clients. In 2013 Bryan lead the effort to expand the firm\'s services into wealth management.
