Responsibilities- Become an expert on assigned FactSet products and services to create and deliver high quality online documentation, communications, and other learning opportunities to our internal and external users- Collaborate with subject matter experts on other FactSet teams throughout the product development process to research, gather information, and provide high quality deliverables for each assigned project- Write, edit, and publish a variety of online help documentation for new and existing products within FactSet’s proprietary content management system- Develop, write, and edit client communications announcing new products, as well as enhancements and changes to existing products- Assist support teams by editing client-facing, instructional documents and ensuring consistency of our brand, tone, and style throughout all materials- Develop, design, maintain, and enhance print materials in the form of product tip sheets- Assist with capturing, organizing, and managing department documentation when requested- Be proactive about answering and prioritizing enhancement requests, bugs, and questions for assigned content areas- Help identify and develop new, creative ways to disseminate information to our users.
