My responsibilities include: Build and promote strong, long-term customer relationships Coordinate projects for various customers Order processing and shipment tracking Prospect to obtain new business Coordinate all discussions and maintain the flow of information between our factories and customers Review engineering drawings for heating elements and value added components Resolve issues, claim management when quality issues occur Compile annual data for the yearly forecasts Conduct quarterly, bi-quarterly and annual pricing reviews Maintain stocking programs
