In this role, I ensure that each facility is managed to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational efficiency, while supporting the critical mission of delivering care to veterans nationwide.Previously, I served as a Senior Portfolio Manager with FirstService Residential, where I managed 12 communities totaling nearly condominiums and homes. My responsibilities included conducting facility inspections, coordinating maintenance and security needs, investigating and reporting incidents, preparing insurance claims and reports, and ensuring compliance with association rules and regulations.My earlier career includes experience as an Assistant Property Manager with Cushman & Wakefield, where I focused on financial operations and tenant relations, as well as Leasing Manager and Leasing Professional positions that developed my customer service and operational skills.I bring expertise in facilities and property management, vendor oversight, resident relations, and financial administration.
