I am responsible for oversight of the day-to-day activities of the Organ Machine Perfusion Specialists, including the review and revision of Normothermic Mechanical Perfusion and Hypothermic Mechanical Perfusion policies and procedures aligning with OPTN/UNOS regulations. The Organ Machine Perfusion Manager shall be responsible for teaching and assisting the Organ Machine Perfusion Specialists in biopsy specimen frozen section and perfusion device preparation, cannulation, monitoring, evaluation, and management to optimize organ function
