About Bryan Baskin

As a practicing engineer in the rotorcraft industry since 1997, I have had increasing responsibilities during the development of the AW609, Deepwater tiltrotor UAV, Bell Model 429, Sikorsky CH-53K, and Sikorsky S-97 RAIDER aircraft as well as a variety of research and development projects. My background is in detailed structural analysis of rotating fatigue critical metal and composite structures and has since expanded into rotor dynamics, transmission design/analysis, dynamic system integration, composites manufacturing, structural and flight testing, design engineering, and project management. After twelve years with Sikorsky Aircraft, I have rejoined Bell Flight as Rotors Associate Tech Fellow. I served as Rotor IPT Lead for the V-280 FLRAA aircraft in 2020 for two years through preliminary design. In July 2022, I was selected to be Tech Fellow for Dynamic Structures.
