The focus of my current work is developing adaptive Web-based systems that can provide highly personalized user support. Within Web personalization, I am mostly concerned with personalized E-Learning and adaptive information access. As a researcher, professor, and consultant, I have developed or co-developed a wide range of personalized systems over the last 30 years.
