In my role as Head of Office Infrastructure I am responsible for the delivery of End user IT services for the Checkout.com offices covering Office Networks, Meeting Rooms, Digital Signage, Event Technology, Desktop experience and Office Moves Key Achievements Office Networks - In collaboration with the network team designed and deployed a new network standard to all offices to provide a consistent configuration for both end users and those supporting the services. This was deployed across all 12 offices - Initiated the review and audit of our Wireless networks in the office to identify areas for improvements which were then actioned - Rolled out Meraki wireless solution to all offices (12) to provide a consistent experience - Embedded the offices networks into our alerting platform and incident management process Meeting Rooms - Created the meeting room standard (Zoom) including standardised hardware, room configuration and hardware installation which was deployed across 95 meeting rooms across the organisation - Centralised management and monitoring of our Zoom rooms to ensure minimal disruptions to our end users when issues arise Digital Signage - Introduced digital signage solution for our global offices (130 Screens) that provided self-serve features and localisation of content- Created documentation and provided training to support the global rollout Event Technology - Worked with 3rd parties to design and deliver office event space (300) to support company events including streaming, recording, producing and directing content - Managed our global event productions across with presenters across multiple geographies combining into a single experience for local and remote audiences Office Moves - Developed a model to estimate costs for an office move which included meeting room, networking and cost per desk costs - Managed and supported (hands-on) 5 office moves and refurbishment of our headquarters
