I am responsible for drafting the Technical Bid documents in response to Public Administration calls for tender for the acquisition of IT services starting from the analysis of tender documentation (public tenders, Rfx, etc.). I define the general approach and vision of the Technical Bid, identifying the drivers and criteria that guide its design and drafting, activating, addressing and coordinating the resources/competences related to other company structures (technical delivery structures, R&D structures, competence centers, etc.) or to RTI partner companies that contribute to the drafting of the Technical Bid, playing a role of leader of the working group and mediator in case of possible divergences.I am therefore responsible for ensuring that the final Technical Bid document is professional, complete, issued on time, compliant with the technical and regulatory requirements of the contract and the bid strategy indicated by the Commercial and Technical Structures involved, with whom I constantly coordinate together with the Tender Administration Office, using graphical and desktop standard tools, and cloud CMS for document sharing.Cost analysis is also part of my duties.
