ABOUT BRUNO GIANCOLA

As Chief Project Officer at Tridel, I am responsible for the successful delivery of some of Toronto’s largest and most complex residential projects. Among these, The Well and the Bayside communities stand out as projects I am particularly proud of, exemplifying Tridel’s commitment to quality, collaboration, and city-building at scale. With Tridel retained as the developer for One Bloor West, I am equally proud to help lead this iconic development and bring it to market successfully.Over my 35 years with the company, I have developed a deep understanding of our business and provided continuity of leadership through periods of significant growth and change. In my current role, I oversee all project management operations and provide executive leadership across Project Management, Sales & Marketing, Estimating, Design Services, and Innovation & Sustainability, fostering collaboration and excellence at every stage of the development lifecycle.In addition to my operational responsibilities, I have an active role on Deltera’s Executive Leadership Team and participate in several internal governance bodies, including the People and Culture Steering Group and the Design Governance Group, supporting organizational strategy and cross-functional alignment.Beyond Tridel, I contribute to broader industry leadership as a board member of RESCON, Ontario’s leading residential construction association, supporting the advancement of best practices and the future of the sector.
