ABOUT BRUNO DE FAZIO

During the last 5 years I have held the role of Editorial and Project Coordinator, SEO & Social media strategist and trainer at EssereQui web agency. My role involves: coordinating and managing human resources (an operational nucleus of 11 people in addition to 3 editors and 5 photo / video operators), supervision of workflows, planning of digital strategies using the digital skills obtained through my work experiences and studies. I have a degree in Multimedia Languages and Digital Humanities, and a certified qualification in Commercial Graphic Designer, Web Design, PHP, Web Marketing, Social Media Marketing and Ei-pass. I have also had the opportunity to teach various subjects related to my field in schools of continuing education for the Regione Campania, supported by job agencies such as Adecco S.p.A and Manpower S.p.A, and for the Ministry of Public Education\'s PON (Programma Operativo Nazionale). Public relations and problem solving are my best qualities. Through my university studies and experiences in international fairs, festivals and, as a tour leader, furthermore, I have developed excellent adaptation skills in multicultural contexts. Thanks to the recognition of my analytical and leadership skills, as well as my long experience in logistics and project management, I was given roles of increasing responsibility in the organisational teams of the most important cultural and entertainment events in Naples, such as Napoli Comicon, Napoli Teatro Festival Italia and Napoli Film Festival, allowing me to apply my skills to my greatest interests. I believe I have a friendly and open-minded personality. I am positive and energetic, always looking for new opportunities to enrich my own skill set and knowledge base and I am not afraid to put myself to the test with new challenges.
