Taking on a variety of administrative and organizational tasks in day-to-day operations, such as supporting the creation of internal training courses, entering and maintaining data.\\\\n• Create training and qualification events (SAP), coordinate events / trainings and create reports.\\\\n• Support and enable employees and teams to develop current and future skills based on defined Skill matrix / cards.\\\\n• Know and develop requirements (today vs future) as well as the current level of competence in the area of specialization (real vs objective).\\\\n• Plan, develop and implement continuous training concepts from start to end focused on Core Business goals and group/individual needs.\\\\n• Work closely with departments on exploration, referral and monitoring of training measures (for example, through training planning rounds or reports).\\\\n• Develops a qualification strategy based on the core business as well as the individual needs.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
