The Design group interfaces with Acquisitions, Project Management, Construction, Property Management and Marketing to achieve a highly effective development process focused on the creation of brand equity and market leadership. Responsibilities include project visioning, C-suite reporting, procurement management, pre-construction planning, quality control and interface with Operations Management. The Irvine Company promotes design-driven real estate development, which places Design at the core of the process as stewards of the brand and representatives of the owner\'s vision.
