Ensuring operational continuity to meet customer commitments: maturing the Crossway Euro 5 system and developing the Crossway Euro 6 system. • Product strategy: Deployed a roadmap aligned with industrial ambitions and new shareholder priorities. Results: • Project commitments honored despite organizational transition. • Business plan realigned with market and industrial realities (revised assumptions, investment prioritization). • Ramped up production of Crossway Euro 5—a major milestone for REV B&T.
