ABOUT BRUNO LAMISCARRE

Bruno main skills and achievements are- Management of Research and Development teams - Project and Program management - Aerospace, Air transport, Air Traffic Management, Airport expertise Bruno Lamiscarre started at ONERA (the French Aerospace Lab) in 1981 and got a large experience in the domain of sensors within several fields of application: wind tunnel instrumentation, robotics, earth observation from space, military systems, civil aircraft systems. Since 1997 he has been involved in Air Transport System research leading ONERA projects and programs like \"Airport of the future\" and IESTA fast time simulation facility. He was involved in several EU projects in the field of Air Transport System (past FP5 and FP6 projects in the field of UAV integration, Airport research, Air Transport System automation and security, Airport decision making tools) and also Clean Sky and SESAR programs. He was, at the same time, the deputy director at the Long Term Design and Systems Integration Department (DPRS) and special advisor on Air Transport System (ATS) activities of ONERA. He joined ENAC (Ecole Nationale d\'Aviation Civile), the French civil aviation university, in 2010 until may 2014 as the manager of the Research. The ENAC research has several missions for the benefit of Civil Aviation: high quality academic research, efficiency and innovation in applied research through collaborative projects with industry. He joined again in 2014 ONERA as the Director of the Flight Dynamics and Systems Control research department (DCSD). In 2017, he took the position of Program Director of the Air Transport System. More specifically, he was coordinating the whole ONERA research activities in the domains of ATM (including UTM), Airport and Avionics Systems. Since he left ONERA in December 2018, he launched an independent activity of Consultancy in the fields of the ATM, Drones, Avionics Systems and Air Traffic Surveillance Systems, and also for team management.
