Well Work Preparation• Gas storage wells workover candidate\'s evaluation.• Design and generate programs for workovers, abandonments, and completions.• Prepare and submit notices of intent to execute the proposed work to Division of Oil, Gas and Geothermal Resources.• Monitor daily rig or rigless well operations.• Provide assigned Well Site Manager with engineering assistance and adherence to gas standards for all well operations.• Deliver onsite support and supervision during critical jobs.• Ensure regulatory compliance during well work execution and proper daily well work records documentation.• Prepare Capital/Expense initial cost estimates and reauthorizations for over expenditures.• Review vendor field costs for accuracy and authenticity and approve associated invoices.• Perform technical well work lessons learned, as well as perform financial post audits.• Provide technical mentorship to less experienced staff.• Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines. Promote safety awareness and environmental consciousness.
