Role: Supporting role concerning all SQE activities within the scope of the assigned project. Early involvement of suppliers in the D&E project to ensure that the technological know-how of ASML and the supplier is combined in the best way. Guiding the supplier in the design and optimization of a production and qualification process to control part quality. Document the collaboration on D&E projects, including the responsibilities and roles of suppliers and ASML employing Statement of Work (SoW). Participate in supplier selection in the context of new product introduction (NPI). Participation in supplier development to improve operational excellence by ensuring the fulfillment of existing agreements, improvement measures, and participation in supplier audits. Coordinate SQE project deliverables to ensure the quality of supplied parts at ASML, including e.g- Acceptance of the design and/or specification on the part of the supplier- Complete and detailed parts qualification process- Impact analysis of the process flow and process failure modes (pFMEA)- Approval of the first article inspection. Definition and maintenance of supplier interface processes, including e.g- Problem-solving process- Supplier deviation notification process- Configuration and change management process.
