Plan, deploy, maintain and enhance SITA network and cloud infrastructure across different countries.⋅ Plan, deploy, maintain and enhance security operations • Support for critical aircraft network systems. VHF Radio and Satellite networks integration, Air traffic controllers, Datalink and In-flight internet infrastructure.⋅ Lead customers audit processes and certifications (ISO27k)⋅ Handling multiple initiatives across the organization.⋅ Network topology design and implementation.• Datacenter network devices installation, configuration and cabling⋅ Perform configurations, troubleshooting, routing, network changes and devices upgrades.• Implementation and management of Azure cloud: Azure Hub and spoke, Azure Vnet, Azure routing, Azure VPN, Azure Firewall, network peering,etc• Integration / Migration between On-Prem and Azure networks• Configuration of NAT’s, VLAN’s, IP and UDP/TCP protocols⋅ Manage Firewalls and support: Cisco ASA, Fortigates and Junipers.⋅ Manage TOR and COR switches installation and support – Cisco Nexus 7k, 9k, catalyst 9300 etc and Dell vxrail.⋅ Manage Intrusion Detection Systems and protocols, including: VPN, IPSEC Tunnels, IKE, RADIUS, ACLs, IDS/IPS, among others.• L3 protocols, knowledge and configuration: BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VRRP, HSRP,etc.⋅ Conduct audit in system logs to assure and evaluate security levels.⋅ Understanding and experiencing with SIEM platforms (McAfee).⋅ Leadership role on moderately complex projects independently or as part of a larger project team.⋅ ITIL certified: Experience with Servicenow management processes (Incidents, changes, requests and problems).⋅ Configure and deploy network monitoring tools such as Solarwinds and SQL servers for backups of network devices.⋅ Provide and manage access for SITA’s employees: Cisco Anyconnect client, Avaya client, RSA, Tokens, tunnels, users groups and ACLs into the firewalls.⋅ Specify technical business requirements and maintain technical backlog.
