Marzilli & Company and NatureWorks Landscape in Greater Boston, Coastal New England, and the Berkshires.• Source potential candidates using social recruiting tools, web sites/databases, networking, employee referral program, professional organizations, job fairs etc.• Develop, maintain, and post job postings on internal and external job sites.• Screen resumes and credentials for skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements and conduct phone screenings with candidates.• Conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and assist in the selection decision. Provide timely feedback and follow-ups with the hiring teams and candidates.• Update and maintain recruitment database in a timely and accurate manner and maintains candidate pipeline for future positions through our Applicant Tracking Systems (Clear Co / Indeed / Workday).• Document and catalog potential candidates for open searches and proactively build pipelines of talent for future needs through cold calling/emailing, professional networking, resume mining, social media, etc.• Complete or assist with other staffing/HR projects as assigned.• Onboard new candidates on Workday.• Act as trilingual liaison for staff and prospective new candidates.• Create and maintain relationships with universities and high schools, network with Professors and specialized degree program staff.• Attend college and university career fairs and industry events.• Oversee Immigration PERM Program
