Generally speaking I have worked for 23 years at GE Capital through the acquisition of the Bank SOVAC made in 1995. I spent the main part of my career in Risk management area (Portfolio management and Risk analytics, Collections, litigation and Workout). My expertise covers various products like Equipment leasing, financial or operational lease, Lending and Factoring with its various sub products. Due to my product, process expertise and leadership skills, I’ m often involved in cross functional initiatives such as acquisition due diligence and lean six sigma projects. Additionally I attended specific leadership courses including CAP (change acceleration process) and Change management.
