Responsible for attracting and selecting candidates and hiring for all areas of the company, working in the process from the disclosure of the vacancy to hiring;Support during the trial period of admitted employees;Evaluation, analysis and contribution to the improvement of recruitment and selection processes, acting in the engagement of delighting our candidates and being assertive in hiring.In addition, I am responsible for the entire recruitment and selection process, management of flows and processes in the R&S area, internal controls for vacancies and management of indicators in the area.
