Drafting maker or checker for complex, partial unwind, increases, or termination trades.• Draft with accuracy, following each client specification, Index or Market supported by Commodities EMEA, North and South America, or Asia, as for Index Products, Energy Trades, and Exotic Products.• Working on automation, to STP templates and rules for all markets covered by the team, using JIRA System, helping the continuous improvement of the process.• Checking and updating Market definitions, based on ISDA Agreement.• Working towards to Middle Office, Front Office and Legal, to provide the most accurate process of commodities drafting on UK, North America, South America, Asia and EMEA.• Preparing samples to attend sales requests of new deals.• Primer responsible for the Novation Process, working alongside sales and legal, guarantying the process is following the JPMorgan rules and also kept client fulfilled.• Managing the Control Reports and Checklist Tasks.• Continuous Improvement responsible on SOP, Sharepoint, Client Specifics Spreadsheets, ISDA Definitions, SI Core Templates, ISDA Definitions, and all useful info, reviews and updates for accuracy of the BAU process.• Running the Skill Matrix Project, that was created to monitoring the X-Asset teams’ evolution, identifying their gaps and needs. Responsible for training new members, and also making the X-training agenda to maximize the Asset Classes Rates, Credit and Commodities capacity.
