ABOUT BRUNA SCOTTI ABREU
I am an employment attorney licensed in Brazil. My passion is working with clients to effectively resolve their cases. In May 2023, I graduated from the LL.M in Alternative Dispute Resolution program at USC Gould School of Law. This program enriched my knowledge about ADR methods and the law in the U.S, besides being an incredible and unique personal experience. Over the last few years, I have specialized in interest-based negotiations and have had the opportunity of teaching courses on this subject at University of Caxias do Sul. In 2019, I had the honor of having my article \"Fundamental Rights and Guarantees and \'The Handmaid’s Tale: A Constitutional Review of Workers\' Rights to Democracy\" published in the Brazilian Superior Labor Court Magazine.
