Beta version → https://dev.hail-u.com/- Led the end-to-end UX/UI design for the entire application, creating 100+ high-fidelity screens in Figma using a component-based design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and efficient collaboration- Conducted user interviews and surveys with PDR technicians and business owners to gather data-driven insights and deeply understand user needs and business challenges- Created UX artifacts including personas, user journey maps, and sitemaps to establish a strong user-centered foundation and guide product direction- Managed Agile design sprints in Jira, organizing 12 two-week sprints for the design phase and facilitating sprint retrospectives and client demos with developers and stakeholders- Collaborated closely with the development team during 20 two-week development sprints to ensure design fidelity and seamless implementation while aligning with technical constraints.
