ABOUT BRUNA DOLABELLA EUSTAQUIO
I design and deliver personalised learning experiences that help people overcome barriers and achieve their goals.Over the past four years, I have worked as an Assistive Technology Trainer in UK higher education, supporting university students with a wide range of conditions including autism, dyslexia, ADHD, chronic illness, anxiety, and depression. I design each training programme from scratch, assessing individual needs and building structured pathways that develop independent study skills through technology. I have delivered over 3,500 training sessions and supported hundreds of students, many of whom have credited my training with enabling them to complete their degrees.Before moving to the UK, I spent four years at Junior Achievement, where I designed and delivered learning programmes in entrepreneurship, sustainability, and career development across 10+ cities. I recruited, trained, and managed over 100 volunteers, co-designed a sustainability education programme, and presented annual impact reports to stakeholders.What drives me is the intersection of learning design and human support. I care about how people learn, what holds them back, and how to create experiences that build confidence and capability. I am now looking to bring these skills into a role that offers more variety and impact, whether in learning and development, student support, or inclusive practice within higher education.Core skills: learning design, training facilitation, assistive technology (20+ tools including Dragon, Read & Write, Glean, MindView, Ayoa), learning needs assessment, blended learning, LMS management, mentoring, people management, programme coordination, data analysis and impact reporting.I hold a degree in Chemical Engineering (Level 6 equivalent) and I am exploring a long-term transition into psychology.Open to: Learning & Development roles, Disability/Student Support Advisor roles, Inclusive Learning Coordinator roles, Training Facilitator positions.
