North Carolina is home to Bruce Szafran. On November 25, 2015, my wife and friend passed away from cancer. Debbie and I were married for 40 years and she worked with me in the Air Force and in the real estate business as his marketing director. In memory of Debbie, I am now donating 10% of my commission to the Cone Health Cancer Center when you use me as your Realtor. I worked for the Air Force and I know and understands the value of hard work, integrity, honesty, and ethics which makes me a great agent with The Art of Southern Realty. I have a strong belief in giving back, helping others and I also spent 15 years in the hospitality industry and I know how to treat everyone as a VIP. In his spare time, Bruce volunteers at the Cone Health Cancer Center, Out of the Garden Project and Dream on 3 (charity for making wishes for children come true), plays basketball and is an avid racquetball player.
