The Lean Sensei role encompasses several deliverables: the coaching and development of senior leaders to become Lean Leaders; embedding the application of Lean principles in the work; creating the management systems to ensure the business owns and sustains continuous improvement. The role partners with the core business operations, HR, Legal, Communications, Policy, Governance, Finance, Information Management and IT to align strategy, people and process within the organization\'s regulatory mandate.
